What we collect and why<\/h2>\n\n<h3>Website visit<\/h3>\n<p>The server may log technical visit data: approximate time, browser and operating system type, referrer, and IP address. The purpose is to ensure operation, security, and troubleshooting. These logs are not intended for visitor profiling.  <\/p>\n\n<h3>Contact form<\/h3>\n<p>If you send an enquiry, we process the data you enter: company name, first and last name, email, phone (if provided), number of users, selected package, message, and the URL of the page from which you submitted the form. We use the data to respond and for further communication regarding your enquiry. We store it in our enquiry handling system and may send it to an internal email inbox (e.g., sales@unija.com).  <\/p>\n<p>The form is not intended for submitting special categories of personal data (health, biometrics, and similar). Please do not send such data. <\/p>\n\n<h3>Email notifications<\/h3>\n<p>If you separately subscribe to email newsletters, we use your email address (and any name) only to send the content you have consented to, until withdrawal. Who can access the data<\/h2>\n<p>The data is accessed by authorised employees of UNIJA ETL IT d.o.o. who need it to respond to an enquiry or maintain the website. Processors may include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n\t<li>the website hosting and maintenance provider;<\/li>\n\t<li>the email provider (including Microsoft, if messages are handled via Microsoft 365 \/ Graph);<\/li>\n\t<li>Google, if you have consented to analytics;<\/li>\n\t<li>other contracted processors that we bind to data protection obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not sell data.<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. Transfers to third countries<\/h2>\n<p>If we use Google Analytics or Microsoft services, data may also be processed in the United States of America or other third countries. In such cases, we rely on applicable safeguards (e.g., an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses) and, where required, on your consent. <\/p>\n\n<h2>8. How long we retain data<\/h2>\n<ul>\n\t<li><strong>Enquiries from the form:<\/strong> for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any potential engagement, generally no more than 24 months from the last contact, unless longer retention is required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of claims.<\/li>\n\t<li><strong>Server logs:<\/strong> usually for a short period necessary for security and diagnostics.<\/li>\n\t<li><strong>Cookies:<\/strong> for the duration shown in the table above or until deleted in the browser.<\/li>\n\t<li><strong>Newsletters:<\/strong> until consent is withdrawn, then deletion or anonymisation, unless the law requires otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>9.
